TERMS OF SERVICE

You, the client, by entering into an agreement for services to be performed by A11 ON-SITE AUTO REPAIR SERVICE INC and/or A1 Onsite Auto Repair Service (herein after referred to as “The Service Provider”), agrees to and acknowledges the following terms of service.

GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE

a) The Service Provider agrees to provide service(s) at a location provided by the client.

b) The Service Provider will provide an appointment for a specific day and time for any service(s) to be performed.

c) The client, or representative of the client agrees to be present during the appointment and throughout completion of any service(s) provided.

d) The client acknowledges the service provider will not enter a property where the client and or representative thereof is not present.

e) Subject to section (3), upon arrival, If the client or representative of the client is not present, this will be considered a no-show scenario and the appointment cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of The Service Provider.

f) The client acknowledges, The Service Provider will not conduct any repairs on public roadways, unsafe, unstable or dangerous surfaces such as grass and or gravel or any such surface where support of a vehicle maybe unsafe or any location where physical hazards, debris and or area restriction maybe detremential or interfere with the Service Providers ability to perform services.

g) The client is solely responsible for the removal of snow, water and or any debris which may interfere in the Service Providers conduct of work.

h) The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service at any given time.

RECONFIRMATION POLICY

a) The client acknowledges; all appointments will be reconfirmed thirty (30) to sixty (60) minutes prior to the time of any appointment by SMS (text) messaging, or upon request by landline telephone.

b) The client agrees to respond to any reconfirmation within 30 minutes of the dispatched time of such message and or landline call.

g) The client acknowledges; at the discretion of The Service Provider, any failure to reconfirm any appointment may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

a) The client agrees to provide a clear twenty-four (24) hours’ notice prior to the date and time of the given appointment, to The Service Provider in the event of any cancellation or to reschedule an appointment.

b) The client acknowledges; failure to provide cancellation notice within the prescribed time may result in additional fees, prepayment of any future services or denial of any future services.

c) In the event of a no-show scenario where the client and or representatvive thereof, are not present for the appointment and a cancellation notice has not been provided, a “failure to cancel and loss of billable time” fee will apply.

d) The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse any service(s) at any given time.

PARTS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

a) The client agrees to prepay any parts prior to appointment scheduling. Pricing and availability may be subject to change from suppliers without notice.

b) Returns may be subject to service charges and or restocking fees.

c) Any refunds provided are applied to the original payment method. The Service Provider processes refunds within seven (7) to ten (10) business days. Additional processing times are subject to the terms, conditions and policies of the cardholder’s card issuing institution and may take up to thirty (30) days to appear on your statement. Any additional fees and or charges subject to this Terms of Service and or outstanding charges may be applied to any refunded amounts.

d) Shipping, toll, brokerage, custom and or any fee’s associated with the shipment of any order(s), are non-refundable.

WARRANTIES

a) All parts supplied by The Service Provider are warrantied by The Service Provider’s In-House Warranty in both workmanship and part(s) repalcement costs for a period of six (6) calendar months. The In-House Warranty commences on the date of installation and expires six (6) calandar months after the date of completion of the installation by The Service Provider. 

b) If the client cancels the installation, after commencement of the installation or service, and before completion of the installation by The Service Provider. The In-House Warranty is voided.

c) The Service Provider’s In-House Warranty, in both workmanship and part(s), does not apply to client supplied parts. The client is responsible for any repalcement and or workmanship costs.

ESTIMATE, QUOTES AND LABOUR RATES

a) Estimates and Quotes are not binding. Regardless of any estimate and or quote provided be it in writting, verbal or implied does not by any means constitue an agreement to preform any service or provide parts and or hardware at a specific price. Estimates and quotes are provided as an example only of what charges a client may expect for a typical service and does not include any additional costs incured due to rust, corossion and seized hardware. Other service providers estimates and quotes are not applicable.

b) labour Rates are based on the Service Providers hourly rate. Hourly rates are non-negotiable. All services are provdied on a hourly rate from comencement to completion of the service. Comencement of the service may begin when the technician arrives at the location and may include any attitional travel time required to obtain required parts and or hardware during the course of the provided service.

c) In the event where a service may require continuation to another day, labor charges for the current day will be calculated and settled by “payment in full” at the end of that current day.

PAYMENT METHODS

a) We accept any Canadian-issued and most non-Canadian issued credit cards with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover or UnionPay International logo, as well as Interac Debit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

b) We do not accpt cash and or e-transfers.

c) Subject to section 4(c). All paments due are due upon completion of services performed. No exceptions.
